Mike Iafrati

Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and brings over 15 years of experience in the HVAC industry, where he has developed a strong track record as an HVAC Project Manager. More recently, Mike had spent time as an Owner's Project Manager, expanding his expertise to oversee projects from the client’s perspective, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Mike's passion for delivering quality results and maintaining clear communication has been central to his success in managing complex projects throughout his career.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending quality time with his wonderful wife, Brittany, and their two sons, Lucca and Roman. As a family, they love traveling and exploring new places together, making unforgettable memories along the way.
